Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain an accurate general ledger.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and inter-company accounts monthly.
• Coordinate payroll data entry with the payroll provider for accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports for management review.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end financial closing processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
• Proficient in data entry and financial record management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing.
• Understanding of budget tracking and variance analysis.
