Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for direct-hire healthcare roles across the USA.
  • Source, screen, and qualify domestic and international healthcare candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct interviews and present top candidates to the hiring team.
  • Guide candidates through placement and onboarding.
  • Consistently hit and exceed placement targets.

Requirements

  • Proven recruiting experience (healthcare recruitment a strong plus).
  • Advanced English, written and spoken.
  • A true winner's mentality — driven, resilient, and competitive.
  • Comfortable owning the full recruiting cycle independently.
  • Able to commit fully to an 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST schedule.
  • Reliable remote work setup (computer + stable internet).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience placing US healthcare talent.
  • Background in international / direct-hire recruitment.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter.
