Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end NCLEX-RN credentialing for a portfolio of internationally educated nurses across multiple source countries.
• Submit and track applications for eligibility determinations to CGFNS International, IELTS/OET, and State Boards of Nursing.
• Monitor credential evaluation status and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
• Serve as the primary advisor to candidates, providing support throughout the credentialing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with hospital clients on state licensure requirements and update them on credentialing status.
• Maintain accurate records in credentialing platforms and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven customer support or account management experience.
• Strong attention to detail with data entry proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare and nursing credentialing landscape is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in credentialing or licensing in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with NCLEX-RN and CGFNS processes.
• Understanding of immigration policies related to nursing licensure.
• Experience working with international candidates is an advantage.
