Corporate Growth Manager - Caribbean Region

About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development leader to drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships across the Caribbean. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint by cultivating high-level relationships with educational institutions, government agencies, and corporate partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate high-impact business opportunities to drive revenue growth across the Caribbean. • Manage and expand a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and corporate entities. • Build and sustain long-term collaborations with universities and educational institutions to support recruitment and articulation agreements. • Serve as a regional representative to engage senior decision-makers and key stakeholders. • Conduct market analysis to provide actionable intelligence that guides regional expansion strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business development, sales, workforce development, or higher education. • Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships and achieving revenue targets. • Established professional network within the Eastern Caribbean or broader Caribbean region. • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills. • Availability and willingness to travel throughout the Caribbean as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing corporate education and employee-sponsored learning programs. • Familiarity with government workforce development initiatives. • Prior experience in international market expansion strategies.
