Enrollment Advisor – Caribbean

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of prospective students, providing personalized guidance from initial inquiry through successful enrollment. • Conduct proactive follow-ups and individual consultations to ensure applicants meet their educational goals. • Represent us and our university partners at virtual events, webinars, and community outreach initiatives. • Maintain rigorous data integrity and activity tracking within our CRM and enrollment management systems. • Collaborate with internal operations and university partners to streamline the application process and resolve applicant challenges.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in higher education admissions, recruitment, student services, or a consultative sales role. • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. • Self-motivated individual capable of thriving independently in a professional remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Prior experience or deep familiarity with Caribbean education markets and regional cultural dynamics. • Experience working in a performance-based environment with a focus on conversion metrics.
