Branch Manager, Global Freight Forwarding

About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to lead our high-volume logistics operations and drive growth across our global air, ocean, and multimodal trade lanes. This is a critical leadership role for a high-impact professional looking to shape strategy, optimize operational excellence, and deliver world-class service to clients in the technology and semiconductor sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L, including revenue targets, cost management, and margin optimization. • Lead, mentor, and empower cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and customer service. • Oversee daily freight operations, ensuring seamless execution of air and ocean bookings, documentation, and customs compliance. • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand our customer footprint in key Asia-Pac trade lanes. • Monitor and report on KPIs to drive continuous improvement in on-time performance and service productivity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding with at least 3 years in a management capacity. • Proven track record of successfully managing a P&L and driving scalable revenue growth. • Deep expertise in air and ocean freight, including complex Incoterms and customs regulations. • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and operational strategy. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, time-critical environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. • Prior experience specifically managing trade lanes within the Asia-Pacific region. • Experience working with high-tech or semiconductor industry clients.
