Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. • Create high-converting graphics and short-form videos tailored to nursing students and exam candidates. • Manage community engagement, including prompt responses to comments and DMs to foster a supportive student environment. • Oversee paid social media campaigns to drive lead generation and track performance metrics against key KPIs. • Collaborate with the training team to source testimonials and updates on nursing education trends.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional social media management experience in education, healthcare, or service-based industries. • Strong English copywriting skills with the ability to balance professionalism with an engaging social voice. • Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Rush. • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, async-friendly environment with minimal oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to or genuine interest in the nursing, healthcare education, or exam preparation industries. • Proven track record of pulling and interpreting data to refine content and ad strategies. • Strong visual design sensibility and a portfolio showcasing previous successful social campaigns.
