Remote Driver Recruiter (Owner-Operators)

About This Role

Join a growing US-based trucking company as a remote Driver Recruiter and help us expand our fleet of professional owner-operators. In this sales-focused role, you will lead the full recruiting cycle, identifying top talent and pitching our lucrative lease-on partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source owner-operators via CDL job boards, social media, and professional referrals. • Execute high-volume outbound outreach, including 60-100+ daily calls and texts to prospective drivers. • Present the company's lease-on program, explaining pay structures, routes, and operational support. • Vet candidates against strict safety and equipment compliance standards. • Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from initial outreach to signing the lease agreement.

Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English (C1+) with excellent verbal communication for cold-calling. • 1+ year of experience in recruiting, high-volume sales, or customer-facing phone roles. • Ability to work full-time within US Central Time hours, with schedule flexibility to match driver availability. • Strong organization and persistence in lead management and follow-up. • Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, professional workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the US trucking, logistics, or freight brokerage industry. • Familiarity with trucking terminology like OTR, reefer, MC/DOT numbers, and MVR standards. • Proficiency with CRM tools and online recruitment platforms like Indeed or specialized CDL job boards. • Conversational Spanish skills to engage with Spanish-speaking owner-operators.
