Inside Sales Representative – Tours & Excursions (Weekend Shift)

Are you a travel enthusiast with a passion for closing sales? We are seeking a motivated, remote-based booking specialist to turn adventure inquiries into unforgettable experiences for our outdoor excursion guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reservation processes across phone, text, and online channels. • Consult with potential guests to match them with their ideal outdoor excursion. • Actively convert inquiries into confirmed bookings to meet personal and company sales targets. • Coordinate daily schedules with our operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences. • Provide high-touch support by handling cancellations, rescheduling, and pre-tour communication.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales or high-volume customer service roles. • Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to sell over the phone and via messaging. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on rapid response times. • Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing bookings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the tourism or hospitality industry. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. • Familiarity with remote CRM or reservation management software.
