One job, done properly: putting qualified drivers in front of you.
Recruiting drivers is a sourcing problem long before it's a paperwork problem. The applications you get are half unqualified and half already driving somewhere else. That's the part we take off your desk — and the only part we charge for.
What we do
We go find drivers
Direct outreach, referral networks and our own standing bilingual driver pool. Not a job-board repost you could have run yourself.
We screen them properly
Licence class and endorsements, verifiable driving history, equipment they've actually run, route and schedule tolerance, and English on a live call — before you ever see a name.
We refer them to you
A short list of drivers who are qualified, available and already briefed on your operation, your lanes and your pay structure. Then we hand them over.
What stays with you
Interviews, road tests, offers, onboarding, DOT files and the employment relationship stay entirely in your hands, on your terms and your paperwork. We're the front of your funnel, not a layer between you and your drivers.

Also available on request
Drivers are what we do most. When a client asks, we source the seats around them on the same referral terms:
How the referral fee works
Four steps. The invoice only exists if step four happens.
We take the brief
One call: lanes, equipment, home time, pay structure, licence class and endorsements, and the two or three things that get a driver ruled out on day one.
We source and screen
Our recruiters work the market at our cost. Every driver is checked against your brief before they're put in front of you — you don't pay for any of it.
You interview and decide
We refer; you run your own process. Road test them, check them out, negotiate whatever you want. If you pass on all of them, you owe us nothing.
A driver signs — then we invoice
One referral fee per driver who signs a contract with you. Not on résumés, not on interviews, not on start dates. On signature.
The deal, in plain terms
- No retainer, no engagement fee, no monthly minimum.
- No charge for sourcing, screening or the interviews you run.
- One referral fee per driver, only once a contract is signed.
- If a driver signs and falls through early, we re-source at no additional fee.
- Refer one driver or fifty — the terms don't change.
Fee structure and the guarantee window are agreed in writing before we start work.
Why we can do this at volume
Recruiter pods, not one overloaded desk
Twenty open seats get a team working them at the same time. Volume is a staffing problem on our side — it shouldn't slow yours down.
A bilingual driver pool that already exists
We recruit across Latin America and the US. English is assessed on a live call before anyone reaches you, not self-reported on a form.
We work when drivers answer
Evenings, weekends and between loads. Drivers don't take recruiter calls at 10am on a Tuesday, and our outreach is built around that.
