Engineering teams, built out at speed.

We source, screen and refer software, data and IT talent across Latin America — vetted by people who can read the code, working in your time zone. You interview, you hire, you employ. One referral fee, payable only when a contract is signed.

Most tech recruiters are keyword-matching.

They search a résumé for "React" and send you someone who once touched React. You lose a week of engineering time interviewing people who were never close, and the seat stays open. Scaling a team of ten that way isn't slow — it's a tax on the engineers you already have.

We screen with an engineer in the room. Your team should be interviewing finalists, not filtering applicants.

Where our job ends and yours begins

We do one thing: put engineers who can actually do the work in front of your team. Your interview loop, your offer, your onboarding, your contracts — all yours, unchanged. We're the front of your hiring funnel, not a layer between you and your engineers.

How we screen

Four gates. Everyone on your shortlist has cleared all four.

A technical conversation, not a checklist

A screener who has actually shipped software walks through what the candidate built, what they'd change, and what broke. Depth shows up in minutes.

Evidence of real work

Repositories, a walkthrough of production code they own, or a short work sample matched to your stack. We look at what they built, not what they listed.

Live English, on a call

Assessed by a human on a live call before anyone reaches you — because a stand-up in a second language is a different skill from a written test.

Fit against your actual stack

Your repo, your tooling, your ticket flow, your team's seniority mix. We calibrate to the team they're joining, not to a generic job title.

Same working day as your team

We recruit across Latin America, which means near-full overlap with US business hours. Your new engineer is in stand-up, not reading a handover written eight hours ago. Add genuinely bilingual English and the ramp-up stops being a project of its own.

  • Real-time overlap with US Eastern, Central and Pacific hours
  • English assessed live before shortlist — no surprises on day one
  • Hire them however you already hire — contractor, EOR or direct
  • Same-region hires who can travel or co-locate when it matters

Pay per signed contract. Nothing upfront.

We carry the cost of the search. You pay one referral fee, and only once someone signs with you.

The deal

  • No retainer, no engagement fee, no monthly minimum
  • No charge for sourcing, technical screening or the interviews you run
  • One referral fee per engineer, only once a contract is signed
  • Falls through early? We re-source at no additional fee
  • One engineer or a whole squad — same terms

Fee structure and the guarantee window are agreed in writing before we start work.

1

Calibration call

Thirty minutes with your hiring manager or lead. Stack, seniority, team shape, comp band, and the two things that would make you say no.

2

Parallel search

For volume roles we run a pod of recruiters against the brief at once, at our cost. Ten seats do not queue behind each other.

3

We refer, you decide

Every engineer we send has passed the technical conversation, the evidence check and the live English assessment. Run your own loop on them. Pass on all of them and you owe us nothing.

4

A contract is signed

One referral fee per engineer who signs with you — not on résumés, not on interviews, not on start dates. If they sign and fall through early, we re-source at no additional fee.

Send us the roles you can't close.

Give us the stack and the seniority. We'll come back with a plan, a timeline and the terms — and you owe us nothing until someone signs.
